Dr. Mansee Bal Bhargava is a transdisciplinary learner of the built environment from sustainability and liveability perspectives that include architecture-design-development-planning-management-governance. Her twenty-five years of entrepreneurship, research and education focus has been on large scale developments with inclination towards ecological restoration. She has deep concerns on the water management in India and is developing her understanding of that. She has her Masters from CEPT University, MPhil from University of Cambridge and PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam on the subject. She has received global scholarships with fellowship support from GATE-India, Cambridge Commonwealth, Nuffic, RIHN, Fulbright-Nehru to name a few. She aspires to dedicate herself to water conservation and management in India through research, writing, public speaking. She is on a mission to inculcate ecological research aptitude and attitude among the youth to chart their life goals. Since she believes that research, as a systematic investigation, must lay the foundation of any collective decision and action in the society. She also believes that science with conscience is crucial to build an environmentally sensitive society and that we are left with the only choice of peace & ecology for a sensible evolution of humanity. She is now an acclaimed Public Speaker on the various aspects of Water and built environment besides motivational subjects.
