An extremely multidimensional positive and passionate person, Mrinmoyee, always revolves around the creative world with lots of community service. Mrinmoyee is a social entrepreneur, actively participates in social activities, charity, and skill development programme and works for the development of village artisans and folk artists. She is involved in many educational institutes and actively participates in the field of education for the under- privilege children of remote areas. She believes in a balance between nature and nurture. Founder of ECOTEX (INDIA), a commercial organisation of handicraft work made from natural fibres and MARIA MONTESSORI TRAINING CENTER, a teacher's training institute. Associated with many social clubs like Rotary, ALL and different NGOs. She has been working towards the empowerment of rural women, underprivileged and convicts of correctional home. She has been awarded by Rotary Avyanna in community service for self and beyond. Award in the social activist sector at WOMENNOVATOR 2019-2020 Kolkata, by Govt. of India, MSME MINISTRY, UN - WOMEN and other International Organisation. She has been always believed in Hard work, Perseverance and Loyalty towards the Community. Her motto in life has been "When going gets tough, the tough get going". Showing that however difficult the challenge ahead may seem Hard work and Patience always Pays Off.
