Adv. Bharti Dogra is an Enrolled Advocate with the Himachal Pradesh Bar Council, a dedicated human rights advocate, and a passionate feminist committed to social justice and equality. She serves as the Convener of the Beijing 30 Plus and Beyond Club, Chandigarh, and is an active member of Young NAWO (National Alliance of Women), where she works tirelessly for women's and human rights advocacy. She has participated in the Young Women's Transformative Leadership Programme organized by NAWO and the Department-cum-Centre for Women’s Studies & Development, Panjab University, with the support of UN Women.

A seasoned researcher and speaker, Adv. Dogra has presented at national and international conferences, including the RIMT University’s 4th International Conference on Emerging Trends in Research Development, PIMR Indore’s 17th International Conference, and Chandigarh Law College’s 2nd National Seminar on Emerging Trends in Law & Technology. She has also organized and participated in various workshops and seminars addressing critical issues such as Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, CEDAW (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women), and the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.

Her legal experience includes an internship with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, Mohali, where she gained hands-on exposure to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, mediation, and the implementation of NALSA schemes. She also contributed to National Lok Adalat proceedings and participated in jail visits, strengthening her understanding of legal aid and justice delivery systems.
