A dynamic legal advisor, advocate, and social worker, she has dedicated her career to providing impactful legal services across a wide spectrum of issues including matrimonial disputes, civil and criminal matters, industrial and labour laws, and cases under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013. Her work spans pan India, with a strong focus on fighting domestic abuse and ensuring justice for vulnerable communities. Her legal acumen is matched by her empathetic approach, making her a trusted ally for those navigating complex legal challenges.
She is also the founder of Yashashish Foundation, a charitable trust committed to Educating, Enlightening, and Empowering individuals through social outreach and advocacy. Her philanthropic spirit is evident in the foundation’s grassroots initiatives that promote awareness, education, and empowerment, especially among women and marginalized groups. As a guest faculty at the Central Detective Training Institute (CDTI), Jaipur, under the BPRD, Ministry of Home Affairs, she shares her expertise with law enforcement professionals, further amplifying her impact on institutional reform and legal education.
Her commitment to justice and equity is reflected in her role as an external member of the Internal Committee (IC) in over 55 organizations, where she actively contributes to creating safer workplaces and upholding compliance with POSH regulations. Her multifaceted contributions—legal, educational, and philanthropic—position her as a formidable force in the pursuit of social justice and systemic change.
