Anindita Goyal is an Army officer’s wife and a proud mother of two wonderful children aged 9 and 12. A Neuroscientist by education and trained in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), I also have professional experience in the biopharma industry, where I worked on developing monoclonal antibodies for cancer. As an active member of the Army Wives Welfare Association, I am deeply involved in supporting and empowering the women of Men-in-Uniform, standing together as one family while their husbands serve in challenging and hostile locations. I strongly believe in the need for greater representation of women in every sphere of society, walking confidently alongside their male counterparts—from home to the nation.
Currently, I am building my venture E-INNOVATE, launched in July 2023, which reflects my lifelong passion for science. I believe that science is not just a subject in textbooks but an experience that shapes curiosity, understanding, and innovation. Every scientific theory is rooted in nature, and when children are allowed to experiment, observe, and explore, learning becomes joyful and meaningful.
Through E-INNOVATE, we design easy, engaging DIY science kits that help children see, believe, and experience science firsthand. Our aim is to make science accessible, exciting, and intuitive—ensuring that young minds understand that science is not another language but a way of thinking. With each kit, we hope to spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and nurture the next generation of innovators.
