Ankita Sharma is the Vice President–Training & Quality at Leap Skills, New Delhi, and a certified NSDC Master Trainer as well as an International Trainer for skill development. With roots in YamunaNagar, Haryana, she has built a remarkable career in Training & Development while balancing personal responsibilities and extensive travel to scale the impact of 21st-century skills and quality education. Over the years, she has directly and indirectly trained more than 50,000 individuals under government and in-house programs, becoming a role model for thousands of women and an influential figure in her state.
Her contributions span curriculum design for the Government of Haryana, collaborations with leading organizations such as Sattva, Deshpande Foundation, Tata Strive, and State Skill Development Missions, and the creation of impactful training programs. Notably, she spearheaded LevelUP, Leap Skills’ flagship teacher training initiative affiliated with MEPSC (NSDC) and FICCI Telangana, which received unanimous positive feedback. This program empowered educators to deliver more engaging classes and helped young teachers secure better employment opportunities, further cementing her reputation as a visionary in education and training.
As a founding team member and part of the leadership board at Leap Skills, Ankita has played a pivotal role in client management, business development, and team culture. Her expertise lies in product development, program management, and quality assurance, and she has been recognized multiple times for her integrity and outstanding performance. With a learner-centric philosophy, she has trained diverse audiences including college graduates, corporate employees, vocational trainers, and teachers, consistently driving excellence in training design, delivery, and mentoring.
