A multi dimensional person, Business Coach, a Lucknowite, Management Graduate, having worked for 18 yrs in leading corporates: The Times Of India, Modi Revlon & Reliance Communications opted for Entrepreneurship as a Career for which there was no idea how to pursue but the passion, zeal and confidence was there to make it big whatever it may be. During these 10 years of uphill task of Entrepreneurship had many laurels too along with many lows too. Started off this journey with Education venture. Tried various things too like Trainings, Recruitment and ran a BPO for 6 years. The BPO started from 9 seats to 100 seats, a Outbound Sales Call Centre for Club Mahindra. Did a course on Women Entrepreneurship from ISB Hyderabad, Goldman Sach’s programme which really gave me an insight to work for Women Entrepreneurs. 2 Excellent interpersonal & networking skills – dealt with multinational workforce, also established rapport with the government, industries, banks, consultants and the media. Possess excellent communication, relationship management, team building skills with dexterity in mentoring and managing teams. Experienced at conducting research studies of CARE– carried out study of core issues for the effect of Kasturba Gandhi Colleges in two development blocks of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Actively engaged in executive training and consulting and have fair amount of experience of interacting with senior executives of companies.
