General Guidelines:
- Each session (30 minutes) will have 4–5 speakers/awardees, with 4–5 minutes allotted to each speaker.
- Awards will be presented at the end of each session. Kindly keep within your allotted speaking time to ensure a smooth felicitation process.

Speakers/Panelists are requested to limit their remarks to 4–5 minutes to ensure equal opportunity and seamless flow of sessions.
🔴 The Moderator/Host will facilitate the discussion and help maintain time discipline.
Break Timings:
☕ Tea Break: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
🍽 Lunch Break: 01:00 PM – 02:30 PM
☕ High Tea: 04:00 PM – 05:00 PM
(All participants are requested to have tea and lunch during the scheduled breaks and to join the sessions on time.)
