Dr. Mansee Bal Bhargava is a transdisciplinary learner of the built environment, approaching sustainability and liveability through the lenses of architecture, design, development, planning, management, and governance. With over twenty-five years of experience in entrepreneurship, research, and education, her work has focused on large-scale developments with a strong inclination toward ecological restoration. She holds a Master’s degree from CEPT University, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam, supported by prestigious global scholarships and fellowships including GATE-India, Cambridge Commonwealth, Nuffic, RIHN, and Fulbright-Nehru.

Her deep concerns about water management in India have shaped her current mission to dedicate herself to conservation and sustainable practices through research, writing, and public speaking. Dr. Bhargava believes that systematic investigation and ecological research must form the foundation of collective decision-making in society. She emphasizes the importance of “science with conscience” as a guiding principle to build environmentally sensitive communities and advocates for peace and ecology as the only viable path for humanity’s sensible evolution.
