Dr. Meera Uday is a dedicated professional with an admirable experience of spanning 25 years in Industry, Academics & Research and contributing towards the growth of Academic Institutions. She is zealous to accept challenges and passionately contribute to the Organizational Development. Currently associated with NSB Academy as a Professor teaching HR, Entrepreneurship and General Management Subjects, associated with Corporates as a Trainer and also with Govt.of India as a HR Expert and Consultant. Was Heading the Department of Management studies & Research (MBA), Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) as a Professor & HOD. Strategizing and Directing the Faculty & students as an Academic Leader. Revitalized the department and responsible for bringing transformations in the department. Is instrumental in receiving 11th Rank for the Institute in the Best B –school Survey organised by The Week Magazine in the year 2019. Played a vital role in uplifting the Departmental Results, Curricular and Co-Curricular Activities, Brand building, Projects & Placements.Empaneled as a Consultant /Expert Trainer from NPC (National Productivity Council) Govt. of India for carrying out Training Programmes for corporate.
