With over 25 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, she currently serves as the CEO of Infinity Hospitality Service, focusing on tourism, consultancy, and training. Her career spans key leadership roles including Senior General Manager, General Manager, Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager, and expertise in banqueting reservations and front office operations. A certified Independent Women Director, she also contributes as an external member of the ICC of Muthoot Fin Corporation, Kochi, and serves as Chairperson of ISTD, reflecting her multifaceted leadership across corporate and professional platforms.

Her longest and most formative journey began with the Taj Group of Hotels, where she joined in 1989 and spent 18 years in roles such as Manager Banquets – Conference Coordination and Senior Sales Manager. This tenure laid the foundation for her expertise in customer delight, profitability, and large‑scale hospitality management. She later contributed significantly to renowned names such as the Wonderla Group, Flora Airport Hotel, Ramada Resort, and Riviera Suites, where she was responsible for driving business growth and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Today, as the head of Infinity Hospitality Service, she channels her decades of experience into building innovative solutions for tourism and hospitality training. Her leadership is marked by a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on expertise, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
