Dr. Poonam Kumar Saidha is a dedicated medical professional and accomplished ENT surgeon, currently serving as an Associate Professor at a leading medical university. With over five years of experience as a Licensed Medical Officer (LMO) with the Indian Air Force, she developed strong diagnostic acumen and clinical expertise while delivering quality healthcare to diverse patient populations across varied and challenging environments.

Beyond her clinical and academic roles, Dr. Saidha is deeply committed to mentorship, research, and community engagement. She actively contributes to academic research and believes in nurturing the next generation of medical professionals through guidance, teaching, and leadership. Her approach integrates medical excellence with compassion, emphasizing holistic healthcare delivery.

Dr. Saidha has also played a significant leadership role within the Air Force Families Welfare Association (AFFFWA), having successfully served as President of multiple councils across different states. In these roles, she led initiatives including recreational programs, educational seminars, and vocational training aimed at empowering defence families. An active honorary member of several NGOs focused on healthcare welfare, she additionally organizes free medical health camps for underserved communities, reinforcing her commitment to accessible and inclusive healthcare.
