A passionate, internationally recognized, and RCI-licensed Psychologist, she brings over two decades of experience across teaching, clinical practice, counseling, and organizational consulting. Her expertise spans human behavior, mental health, psychotherapy, cognitive and developmental psychology, personality development, organizational behavior, mindfulness, and motivational interventions. She is widely respected for her integrative approach to mental well-being, combining evidence-based therapies with holistic practices to support individuals and institutions in navigating an ever-changing world.

She holds a PhD in Psychology from MJP Rohilkhand University, along with postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, and Guidance. Over the years, she has served in diverse academic and clinical leadership roles in India, China, and the United States, including as Founder of Insightya – a mental health service provider, Chief Counselor at a leading engineering institution, Associate Professor of Psychology, and Clinical Psychologist for international communities and expatriates. Her work has involved close collaboration with universities, corporates, NGOs, and global mental health organizations.

An accomplished researcher and author, she has published international books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed research papers, and has presented award-winning work at national and international conferences across India, China, and Europe. Her contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including Best Paper Awards, international presentation accolades, and national excellence awards in education and psychology. Beyond her professional roles, she is a sought-after resource person and keynote speaker, deeply committed to advancing mental health awareness, emotional resilience, and human potential across cultures and communities.
