Dr. Tulika Mehta is a highly accomplished strategic leader with over 12 years of expertise spanning employability and skill development, accreditation, training and placement, policy formulation, and project management. A PhD holder specializing in Antenna Systems, she combines technical acumen with a passion for education, innovation, and sustainable development.

Dr. Mehta plays a pivotal role in academic quality assurance, having led institutional accreditations, faculty development programs, and industry collaborations. She is a board member of AM Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an active member of CII, PHDCCI, and GCCI, and a mentor at the Institute of Engineers. She has also served as a resource person for premier universities and Fortune 500 companies.

Her leadership extends beyond academia—she is involved in policy implementation, human resource development, and international business strategy. As a key figure in Kaizen Systems, she supports IT services, social media promotions, and industrial training initiatives.
