Inder is an Executive & Life Coach, Consultant and Trainer with over 25 years of experience in various functional areas. She specializes in Leadership Development through Coaching and Training to impact the effectiveness of both organization and individual performance. She is also associated with Australia Institute of Management as a Leadership expert. Inder has worked for both Fortune 500 companies and small-medium enterprises in Insurance, Banking & Financial Services, IT & ITES, Manufacturing and Telecom to deliver key results desired by both the Coachee and the organization. She brings both Indian and Global perspective to these assignments. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF. Her Coaching certifications include “Fulfillment Model” - Coach for Life USA, Core Essentials Fast Track Program - Coach U (Australia) and Ontological Coaching -Integrated Leadership & Coaching (France). She also has many training and facilitation certifications including Situational Leadership, Franklin Covey Programs, In structural Design and Facilitation Skills. Inder has been coaching senior and top management since 2010. She enables leaders to achieve personal and professional goals through her Coaching sessions using the “Holistic” approach to address both the “doing” and “being”. She also blends Executive & Life Coaching with Ontological approach to make Coaching experience transformational. She works with business people, professionals and managers to help enhance their Leadership, Influencing Skills, Communication Skills & Personal Effectiveness. She is passionate about coaching women to transition to leadership and excel in positions. Inder brings with her varied industry experience and perspective. She began her career working with Indian Express in the sales function. She grew in management with Hutchison Max Telecom and was heading Business Development for the region. Towards the end of her tenure with the company, she was managing Operations. Later, she transitioned to Learning and Development with Kotak Life Insurance and was heading the Training Function for the region. From 2007 onwards, she is associated with many organizations as a Coach, Trainer and Consultant. Clients she has worked with include American Express, Cognizant, CISCO, Sun Microsystems, Ericsson, Aon Hewitt, Rolls-Royce, Sears, Deutsche Bank, RBS, Schaeffler, Oracle, IDFC, Taj Hotels, L’oreal, Godrej Agrovet, Allahabad Bank, Ranbaxy, Tata Motors, Bharti Infratel, Ericsson, Siemens etc to name a few. Professionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Management, Associate Certified Coach and a Fellow of Insurance.
