Working as a consultant mentor with an NGO Samhita CGF for helping the women self-help groups in Uttarakhand. Served as TEDx Speaker in July 2024 for pioneering the voluntary teaching activity for migrant worker’s children and leading a crusade against single use plastic. Past Area Director and Division Director at Toastmasters International. Served around 450 members from 16 clubs. Now mentoring over 25 members in communication, public speaking, confidence building and leadership. 2014-2019 - Formed a team of around 50 women volunteers from the township for pioneering social initiatives that included helping surrounding migrant workers’ children to access education and assisting township admin in various matters related to safety, security and plastic awareness.
