Lakshmy Shankar – Founder Director, Kaizen Consult. Work Experience Spans over 20 years in Corporate, Social Development and Education sector. Corporate – Worked with Global Brands like Elizabeth Arden and Marbet, in the Skin Care and Fragrance Industry handling Marketing, Brand Management & Training. Educational Sector – taught in C.B.S.E Schools in Middle East & India. Set up Kaizen Consult in 2001 as an HR Consulting firm. Kaizen has evolved into a full service Consulting and Training Organization. Lakshmy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Mumbai University, Master’s in Sociology and Masters in Psychology from Madras University.She is a Consultant Psychologist, a practising Reiki healer and exponent of Chakra Meditation. Lakshmy is a consultant to Chiguru Balavikasa Samasthe an NGO engaged in abolition and Rehabilitation of child Labour from the silk twisting industry of Magadi district near Bangalore, Karnataka. Currently she is Vice-Chair, Karnataka, ALL Ladies League, a global organization for Women across Borders.
