Major Aditi Mohan

Major Aditi Mohan heads the CORPORATE SERVICES as a Vice President in Bangalore, managing her India’s operating facilities including Infrastructure and Administration, Transport, Security, Real Estate, Projects, Procurement, Travel, Hospitality, Client management, Crisis Management and other soft services. She is a former Army officer from the Army Service Corps, a logistics arm of the Indian Armed forces, and served with the forces for 8 years. She has been a part of two wars - Kargil (Op Vijay) and Operation Parakaram serving her full tenure in MT (Mechanical Transport) Battalions / Army installations. Born and raised in a Defence environment, and married into a family of Forces having proudly served the nation for generations, Aditi brings more than 26 years of military and corporate experience. She has headed Facilities & Infrastructure for Tesco, Concentrix, Accenture, GE and Vertex and currently with Fidelity National Financial. She is a recipient of many awards during her corporate tenure, including Veteran-in-Professionalism, High Flyers, Pillars of Support, and 'Leader for handling critical situations from the front', Leadership award for Professional excellence in General Administration and Corporate Services from CE Worldwide. She has been invited as panel speaker and is an active participant for events across India organized by CII, Ministry for Tourism, MTM MICE Inventicon, INFHRA , CE worldwide, Prawaas, Educational establishments and many more and is an Advisory Board member for many of these Associations & Bodies such as iNFHRA , Commercial & Contract Design etc. With an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bangalore, Major Aditi is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. In addition, she is an Internal Auditor; a certified Project Management Professional (PMP); and certified on the Fundamentals of Ergonomics and its Applications. She holds her Bachelor’s degree in Science. Aditi has a strong advocacy directed towards anti-corruption, women's empowerment, and child abuse and women safety. In her lifetime, she has been fortunate to see many worlds from Teaching to Armed forces to corporate world to Politics to Social service.
