Nikeeta N. Jaiin is the Founder and CEO of Vardhman Auto Recycling LLP and the force behind India’s first woman-led auto recycling facility. A third-generation recycler and the first woman in her family to enter the industry, she chose the path of social entrepreneurship inspired by strong family ethics, Jain philosophy, and a deep commitment to sustainability. With over six decades of legacy in recycling, her work today spans metal, e-waste, and automobile recycling, positioning her as a pioneer and changemaker in India’s circular economy.

With extensive experience in compliance management, legal consulting, and global recycling operations, Nikeeta has successfully led ventures including Vardhman Recycling LLP, Namo eWaste Management Ltd., and Namo Alloys Pvt. Ltd., overseeing international scrap imports and sustainable waste solutions. Her leadership is rooted in quality, ethical business practices, relationship management, and adherence to global best standards, earning her recognition and trust across international markets.

A passionate advocate for women-led environmental action, Nikeeta strongly believes that women naturally gravitate toward optimal resource utilization and sustainable practices. She envisions building a powerful network of women recyclers and environmental enthusiasts who can eliminate hazardous waste at the community level, promote waste segregation among future generations, and contribute meaningfully to humanity and the planet.
