Worked across a gamut of sectors - - media, advertising, finance, telecom, retail and steel -- holding leadership positions in blue-chip organizations. Currently,  a Mentor and consultant with organizations like Aspire For Her, New Delhi Institute of Management(NDIM), SHEVOLVE and Shenomics, Certified ‘Women on Board’ a program sponsored by US Consulate & AWE Foundation. This program was designed to empower and support women in achieving leadership roles on corporate boards. Member of G 100 club, a think tank of 100 global women leaders. Also a Toastmaster holding the prestigious position of Area Director for District 3 (California, USA) and a Club President in India.
