Founder, Leap Years Preschool Pooja is passionate about experience based education. Her conviction in the need for change led her to the establishment of Leap Years Preschool in 2016. Pooja believes to guide and encourage children to develop their potential through experience, exploration and play based learning in a stimulating learning environment where they feel loved and respected. Leap Years Preschool has been recognized and awarded by reputed organization year after year for excellence in Early Childhood and Care under the leadership of Pooja. A sought after early education consultant and speaker, she has been invited by various educational and not educational platforms like World Education Summit, Early Childhood Association, TiECon Kolkata, BCC&I, Women Economic Forum, Education Today and many more to share her views on Education & Enterepreneurship. Her entrepreneurial journey and the educational initiatives are spotlighted by various media houses like Brand Equity, Outlook Money, Telegraph, FriendsFM to name a few. Pooja is chairing the Women Entrepreneurship Cell at Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She is also the member of the Entrepreneurship Committee. She is the Executive Committee & Charter member at TiE Kolkata where she also heads the Women’s Cell. She is the Kolkata Chapter Lead for TiE Women Global. Pooja is the core committee member and Patron Principal at Early Childhood Association, India.
