With 15+ years of experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and start-up ecosystems, I bring a unique blend of scientific insight and business strategy to drive innovation and create meaningful impact—especially in improving patient outcomes.

My work spans advising early- and growth-stage biotechs in areas such as Digital psychiatry, diabetes, brain cancer, longevity, and stem cells / cell therapy. I provide strategic guidance that bridges science and commercialization, helping visionary teams move from idea to impact.

Beyond the lab and boardroom, I’m a dedicated mentor and passionate advocate for women in STEM and business. As co-founder and board member of the WU EA Female Leaders Network—Austria’s largest female leadership network and a leading platform in Central Europe—I’m committed to fostering inclusive leadership and empowering the next generation of changemakers.

In addition, I actively contribute to building a vibrant innovation exchange ecosystem between India and Austria—supporting startups and scale-ups in accessing opportunities, markets, and partnerships across both regions.

I also support entrepreneurial education through teaching and mentorship at Trinity College Dublin and other institutions, helping shape the future of innovation.
