Currently serving as AVP, Human Resources at Security Weaver Software Pvt. Ltd., Purva has successfully established HR departments from the ground up, implemented HRIS systems, and driven impactful organizational change. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, cultural development, and training & development.

Holding an MBA in Human Resources, an LL.B., and a PGDBA in Finance, she brings a well-rounded perspective to HR leadership. Throughout her career, she has played pivotal roles in structuring HR policies, fostering inclusive workplaces, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
