Rekha Rajan, a human capital management postgraduate from XLRI, is an
accomplished HR professional, possessing diverse experience, which is saying a lot,
considering how rounded and vast human resources as a domain is. Her expertise
stretches across industries such as IT, academia, edtech, media & entertainment
and non-profit organizations. She has been supporting several NPOs, providing HR
strategy consulting, training, development, and placements. After successfully
completing her tenure at Infosys, Accenture, HCL, she is now working as the Head of
People Operations & Career Services at Springboard India. On a more personal level,
she has been pushing the envelope, trying her hand at providing life & career
coaching, which has helped her bring out the best in the teams that she works with.
Rekha possesses exceptional leadership qualities which stem from a combination of
deep expertise in talent acquisition and people operations, a bias for action,
operational discipline, and an uncanny ability to visualize risks and opportunities.
She not only has a knack for spotting potential but also gives it her all to groom the
next generation of leaders. It is perhaps these qualities that have presented her with
the right awards such as for Women Leadership, Creative Thinking award, and
Outstanding Leadership to name a few. She is the awardee of the prestigious
"Outstanding Leadership Award" at the Education 2.0 Intercontinental Dubai 2022
conference. She is passionate about causes such as children's education, women
empowerment, and art & culture, which she actively volunteers to help take forward.
She hopes to modernize organizations to keep up with the evolving workforce and
align with the challenges of the post-pandemic world
