Richa Sinha is the Founder of SHE Wealth and the National President of the WICCI Financial Literacy Council. She leads a powerful volunteer-driven initiative to make financial literacy a national priority for women through campaigns, grassroots outreach, and policy advocacy. Through SHE Wealth, she is dedicated to equipping women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take charge of their financial lives by simplifying money matters through content, community, and accessible learning.

A purpose-driven entrepreneur and former corporate leader, Richa brings over 20 years of diverse experience across human resources, skill development, women’s leadership, and social impact. She has held senior positions, including Head of HR for global and Indian organisations in sectors such as telecom, automotive, healthcare, KPO, and industry chambers, leading initiatives in organisational transformation, process automation, culture building, and restructuring.

An alumna of Delhi School of Economics and Miranda House, Richa has been recognised for her work in women’s empowerment and financial inclusion. Her work lies at the intersection of social impact, gender equity, and financial well-being, with the goal of building a generation of financially confident women who lead with independence and purpose.

Beyond her professional journey, Richa is an acrylic and resin artist and enjoys exhibiting her work. She also finds joy in reading, travelling, and exploring web series and documentaries, blending reflection, curiosity, and creativity into all that she does.
