Rinnku Ganeasha, the Chief People Farmer of Rightwaay Talent Consulting is a unique farmer who helps people grow! She is a Human Behavioural Coach, HR Professional, Speaker, Trainer and Author of an upcoming book. She has been awarded’ South India’s 50 Most Talented HR Leaders’ by the Asia HRM Congress and ‘Iconic Women Creating a Better World For All’ by the Women Economic Forum. She is an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad, has a Masters in English and an MBA in HR. She is also a Certified Advanced Extended DISC Administrator, which makes her a Specialist in analysing Human Behavior.She is certified in Quality systems like ISO-9001 and ISO-27001 as an Internal Lead Auditor and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She is a certified International Trainer by Blair Singer of USA. She has been trained by international trainers like Robert Riopel on being an ‘Enlightened Warrior’, Alex Mandossian on ‘Guerilla Business Intensive’ and Mac Attram on’ Millionaire Mind Intensive’. Other trainers that she trained under are Gerry Robert, John Demartini, Brian Tracy,Nik Halik and Sean Smith. Over the last 20 years she has coached hundreds of individuals, teams and organizations unravel their hidden potential and climb the peaks of personal and professional success! She has been certified to be an External Member to the ICC by the Women and Child Development Cell. She has been on the Sexual Harassment with the firms that she has worked with and has helped moderate and resolved many sexual harassment complaints. She has written policies, conducted many awareness workshops and helped many managers and team members understand sexual harassment and prevent it at the workplace. She has been responsible for managing the standardization, design and continuous improvement of HR & L& D processes across clients from varied industries. Her articles have been published in leading newspapers in India. She has been a speaker at various forums like Silicon India, Dun & Bradstreet Events, Success Mastery Summit etc. Her way of giving back to the community is to help rural youth become employable with skill development and personality development programs. She is also the HR specialist for Walmart’s Women Entrepreneurship Development Program and works with WeConnect India for adding value to Women Entrepreneurs. Her mission in life is to help every person and organization ‘Unravel their Potential’ and ‘Discover their Mojo’, their unique blueprint to success. She believes that nothing or nobody is good or bad, but just different. During her free time, she loves writing poetry and listening to it. She also loves dancing and has learnt Bharatanatyam in school. She is also spiritually inclined and understands that is important to master self to attain the highest consciousness. Her desire is to spread the wave of positivity and empower and touch as many lives as she can in her lifetime.
