Savita Monroe is a Co Owner of Perfect Brow Threading Spa and Wellness located in Farmington Hills, MI. Prior to this Savita was a Senior Vice President of Product Development and part of the executive leadership team for The Geneva Watch Group based in New York where she lead the product development stage gates, created many successful in house brands for retailers and managed a creative team of direct reports as well held sales executive role for power house retailer Target. She traveled globally, to identify opportunities and created product for specifics markets. Prior to SVP Savita was a buyer for retail chain Winkelman’s where she held buyer roles in accessories, woven and knits and created successful private (in-house) label brands. Savita has a knack for developing brands and seeing the opportunities that no one else does, so when her sister-in-law asked her to be a partner in the service industry, the first thing she did was to use her experience from the product development background and differentiate her self from other spa’s by offering a space that not only focused on the beauty from outside but also inside. In order to transition in the beauty and wellness industry she became a certified Barre and Yoga instructor and now teaches classes. In order to understand the beauty industry she obtained her esthetician license and now is a partner of Perfect Brow Spa and Wellness. For several years she volunteered and hosted Blog Talk Radio, where she developed content for Mobil Technology podcast. She also earned certificate on Connected Car technologies. She always has been passionate about helping others and technology. In her new role as an entrepreneur, she began to notice the need to empower other women and started - non profit Detroit Indian Women’s Association also known as (DIWA). Under her leadership and DIWA Board. DIWA launched first ever Indian Fashion Week USA and Indian Women Art Exhibition. DIWA’s She is an insatiable learner, Bachelors in Marketing, she continued her learning via many other certifications covering many aspects of business and is a subject matter expert in many topics. mission is to Empower women through four Pillars of SELF ( Support Educate Lead Focus). When the honoring role of WICCI Vice President presented itself she saw the opportunity to expand her passion to empower women globally and advocate policy changes for bettering the lives of women.
