Shanthi Reddy is the founder of Akshobya Technologies, a software services company specializing in Data, AI, ML, and Cybersecurity. With over two decades of leadership experience in the IT industry, she has held prominent roles such as Chief Data Officer and Chief Enterprise Architect. Her technical expertise encompasses Cloud Technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks, as well as Big Data and Strategic Sales and Marketing. A creative enthusiast, Shanthi is passionate about bonsai planting, calligraphy, oil and glass painting, sketching, and diverse art forms like Janur, Thai, and Ikebana. She also enjoys traveling and caring for pets.

Shanthi has made significant contributions to leadership and mentorship, serving as the Karnataka State President for WICCI - AI & ML R&D and as a WomenTech Global Ambassador. She is a mentor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) at NASSCOM W2RT, a guest speaker at colleges and industry forums, and actively mentors emerging talent in innovation and technology. Additionally, she provides consulting and training in Cloud Technologies, Data, AI, GenAI, and ML, and contributes as a speaker, mentor, and moderator for platforms like Heykey.

Her outstanding achievements have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Global Tech Leadership Award and Visionary Tech Leader Award by ET Now. She was also honored at the WomenTech Global Awards 2024, receiving the titles of Chief in Tech Leader of the Year and AI & Data Science Leader of the Year 2024.
