Shikha Sharma is an accomplished entrepreneur, mentor, and global thought leader with a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Textiles and Clothing from Lady Irwin College, New Delhi, a B.Ed. from ICFAI Tripura, and has completed advanced leadership and sustainability programmes from prestigious institutions including the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Harvard Business School Online, Virginia Tech (USA), and Goldman Sachs’ Women Startup Programme at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. She is also a Certified Independent Director and has been trained in global standards such as ISO 20400 and ISO 26000, with a strong understanding of CSR frameworks.

With a career rooted in entrepreneurship, food and sweets industry leadership, and women-led enterprise development, Shikha has played a pivotal role in mentoring, capacity building, and policy-aligned business growth. She has served as National Lead – Food Vertical for FICCI FLO’s The Game Changers and as Global Convener for the Global Peace and Sustainable Development Summit 2021. Her work consistently bridges business excellence with social impact, empowering women entrepreneurs and promoting ethical, sustainable business practices.

Shikha’s contributions have been widely recognised at national and international platforms. Her accolades include honours from the World Book of Records (London), Pride of India Award (Indo-UK Cultural Forum), Global Leaders & Educators Award, Iconic Women for Creating a Better World (WICCI), and multiple awards celebrating excellence in women entrepreneurship and leadership.
