Somrita has been working people over a decade. Prior corporate experience in Human Resources & Industrial Relations in organizations like Tata Steel, Kone Elevator and Nestle Skin Health. Today, an Author, Life Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, Youtuber and a young mother whose life purpose is to strive for happiness of self and others. She also does volunteering work with NGOs and strongly believes in building communities. Has touched the lives of 3000+ souls through training, mentoring, coaching and speaking assignments across levels, age groups and geographies. She is on her mission of impacting 1 million lives in the next 15 years. A Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from XISS, Ranchi. She has done certification courses in Life Coaching, EI, NLP, Mindfulness, Gestalt Therapy and the likes.
