Swati Almal is the President of West Bengal Marketing Council, WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber Of Commerce And Industry . She is the founder of “ Tilak Aakriti Services” which deals in manufacturing and supply of Mechanized Farming tools and equipment for the departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Disaster & Rescue Management in Bengal & North East States. She is also Founder & Owner of “MaHeOrthe Products- Hub of Aesthetics”, a start up company dealing in 100% natural , personal   care products which includes all types of Health and Beauty products . She is a SAP professional in Sales & Distribution module, Champion, Mentor & Expert in training for Marketing and New Business Ideas at CAFÉ organization for women welfare, . With 2 decades of experience in Entrepreneurship which includes managing the projects efficiently, excelling in Public Relations, Providing Quality Assurance & services to the Organizations, She  strongly believes in perfectionism and time management .She is a Social Entrepreneur & flexible to changes related to Management, Operations & Administration of an Organization.

Her passion is to bring change in the work culture which can accommodate women in hierarchy and highly driven in supporting women empowerment & entrepreneurship breaking down the glass ceilings faced by women at different levels in government agencies, corporate sectors and private sectors. She  has to her credit many articles and business module presentations. Training & Development and research has been her forte. She is associated with Girl child free education schools in Kolkata, Vrindavan, Jaisidhi. Actively participates in Social Service and Welfare of underprivileged old women and supports the initiative of “Quantum leap for women” to the best of her abilities.
