Vandana Swami

Vandana is a final-year B.A. LL.B. student at Asian Law College, Noida, with a strong focus on corporate law, arbitration, and intellectual property law.Through internships at top law firms, she has developed expertise in contract drafting, corporate compliance, legal research, and dispute resolution. Her practical exposure includes working on commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and arbitration proceedings. A recipient of the ADR Excellency Iconic Award (2024) and a published author on AI and legal practice, she actively engages in corporate governance and alternative dispute resolution as a part of various reputed law firms, Council Member of WICCI Arbitration & Conciliation Council and a Para Legal Volunteer at DLSA, Gautam Buddh Nagar. She aims to excel in corporate litigation, commercial law, and arbitration. Further, she has done diploma in Corporate Legal Communication.
