WICCI Councils have a unique interwoven, inter-disciplinary & cross sectional structure that allows it both depth and width of knowledge, understanding, enterprise and leadership. This receptive and resilient structure enables the best of thought leadership, talent, diversity, representation and grassroots experience to emerge from all sections of industry and society, and converge in our myriad endeavours across layers and levels of the councils: forming the basis of sustainable policy changes for women, along with mindset change and societal transformation.
WICCI with its manifold and multifaceted Councils at National, Regional, State, City and Bilateral/Multilateral levels, covering a wide range of sectors and verticals, along with the 3 National Boards viz. Advisory, He-for-She Advisory and Executive, all suggest from time to time concrete steps and recommendations to empower women-owned businesses to become more competitive and women’s leadership to thrive.
All councils prepare & submit policy recommendations for the government/authorities on an ongoing basis. Councils further act as networking powerhouses and support groups for women to grow their businesses and careers.
