Yashika Begwani is a podcast producer, trainer, a communications professional with an organizational behaviour experience, and a constant cheerleader for wonder-women. Her flagship podcast is called for Voice of Achievers(VoA), which combines thought leadership with relevant work –life themes helping young professionals thrive. VoA has also creatively produced internal podcasts and series for organizations including the New India YouthPod for MyGov India (Govt. of India).

Yashika comes with an academic background in Psychology & HR and an editorial and communications experience for over a decade having worked with organizations like IBM, Network 18, MyGov India, EO, NASSCOM, etc. She conducts communication workshops for students & professionals alike.
