WICCI Councils have a robust inter-disciplinary & cross sectional structure enabling both depth and width of knowledge and leadership from all strata of economy and society, forming the basis of policy changes at the top levels of decision-making as well as mindset and societal transformation at the grassroots.
With 50,000 + office bearers across 2500+ councils in 300+ Sectors develop different areas of focus and diverse endeavours to mainstream women’s voices and uphold women’s interest in policy making at multiple levels.
Representing a wide variety of sectors of industry, economy and society, WICCI actively engages the voice of thousands of women entrepreneurs and professionals.
Our manifold and multifaceted Councils at National, Regional, State, City and Bilateral levels, along with the 3 National Boards (Governing, Advisory and Executive) suggest from time to time concrete steps and recommendations to relevant government authorities and institutions to empower women-owned businesses to become more competitive.
These diverse inputs converge to shape up many unique ideas, interventions and innovative recommendations evolved by the various councils and presented to government authorities for policies - having a huge growth impact on women’s businesses, professions, equity and empowerment.

Auspices
The five sister platforms - ALL, WEF, G100, SHEconomy, and WICCI - operate under mutual auspices, with ALL serving as the primary platform established in 2011. Like five fingers of the same hand, they work together in solidarity, addressing various aspects of empowerment and bridging gaps to foster a more inclusive and equitable world. To summarise, the five sister platforms are focussed as follows:
ALL Ladies League (ALL), a global sisterhood platform that embodies the spirit of She-for-She support and Shakti Bandhan, uniting women as "sisters beyond borders." Women Economic Forum (WEF), a conference platform that amplifies women's visibility, voice, recognition, and global networking, empowering women to pursue "business beyond borders." Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), an industry and business chamber driving women empowerment, through actions and advocacy for "policies beyond borders.” G100, a global platform for joint action, accelerating actions for "gender equality beyond borders." SHEconomy, an e-commerce platform and app that promotes women-owned businesses, strengthening "commerce beyond borders."

Membership to the platforms is free and by invitation only. The platforms are non-political, non-religious, non-dogmatic. They are driven by Core Values of Positivity, Code of Conduct of No Negativity, with the tenets of Support, Sisterhood and Solidarity as the primary organising principles, resting on a vision of the world as One Family.
