Chinnmaye Praveen is a Founding Member and Strategic Planner at M/s GeWinn Wachstum, a community-focused water treatment organization committed to sustainable and inclusive water solutions. Through this role, Chinnmaye contributes to planning and strategy that support environmental responsibility and community wellbeing.

Alongside this, Chinnmaye is a professional freelance counsellor with expertise spanning career counselling, adolescent and teenage counselling, old-age counselling, academic guidance, parenting support, and stress management. With a people-centric and empathetic approach, Chinnmaye has successfully conducted over 180 counselling sessions, including both individual and group counselling across schools, clubs, and various community programs.
