She serves as the Women Coordinator at the South Central Railway Mazdoor Union (SCRMU), where she is actively involved in advocating for women’s rights and welfare within the railway workforce. In this role, she works closely with the Women’s Wing to address grievances, promote awareness, and strengthen protective mechanisms for women employees.

She is also a Divisional Executive Council Member representing the OBC category, contributing to policy discussions and initiatives focused on social equity and inclusive representation. Additionally, she holds membership in the Divisional BC Welfare Association, supporting welfare-oriented programs aimed at the upliftment of backward communities.

Beyond her union responsibilities, she is an Executive Member of the Mathru Shakthi Foundation, where she engages in community-based initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, protection, and social welfare. Her work reflects a strong commitment to safeguarding women’s rights and fostering a supportive, equitable environment both within organizations and in society at large.
