DR JUHI GARG, Founder & Managing Director – DivIn Pro, India, President – State Startup Council- Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. (WICCI), State VP – Nari Wing- Veteran India and Ex-Director Project Shakti, Head-CSR, Head – Women Entrepreneurship Forum (WEF) and Associate Professor @ UPES. Dr Juhi Garg has diverse experience of 17 years in industry and academia. She has been a seasoned higher education academician, researcher, and leader in academic administration, entrepreneurship leadership and development, women empowerment, CSR, and business development. Her family and friends define her as a seer, doer, and dreamer who would not miss even a single chance or opportunity to support people in need. Her entrepreneurial venture DivIn Pro Pvt Ltd, a Startup Uttarakhand recognized startup is her dream project towards impacting the lives of people and businesses. DivIn Pro (Punchline- Serving Goodness) is an impact-driven progressive cloud-based Business Process and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (BPO & KPO) startup dedicated to supporting and empowering startups and businesses with their customer service excellence. Keeping DIVersity and INclusion agenda at the core of the internal policy. DivIn Pro focuses on hiring women from marginalised sects and PwD. Dr Garg has earned her Doctoral (PhD) degree in the field of Management and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree along with an additional Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Psychology. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Communication and Marketing (ADCM) along with various certifications in her expert domains. She has presented various research papers in national and international conferences in India and abroad and her work got published in both national and international journals. She owns a Copyright from Registrars of Copyright, Copyright Office, New Delhi, Government of India for management and commerce students which is popular by the name of Occupational Interest Schedule for Students, Institutions’ and Businesses (OIS-SIB). She has been a consultant and Principal Investigator (PI) for several Government projects. Dr Juhi has delivered talks and expert lectures at various Government and private institutions. She has also facilitated workshops for various Government institutions/organisations like ONGC, UJVNL, PTCUL, BRIDCUL, NIESBUD, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalandhar, Vishwakarma Skill University, HNB Garhwal Central University, Gurukul Kangri University, KC College of Management, Mumbai, Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM), Dehradun, WDO, etc. And in private institutions/organisations like Youth Talk for Singapore Intercultural Group, Indonesia, SGRR University, AKJ College, Coimbatore, Niti Manthan, JRTC Consultancy, Jusvocates, Legisnations, project Blue Ribbon, NGM College Gonda, and many more. She conducted Shakti Talks, a monthly web talk series that is very well-received, which interviews legendry women thought leaders of this era in various fields and sectors. She has also been a National player of Badminton (U18) and a registered Lucknow Doordarshan artist. Her interests are varied and she enjoys music, poetry writing, and reading.
