Dr. Manjusha Joshi Narwadkar, MD (Homeopathy), is a senior Homoeopathic consultant, academician, and administrator with extensive experience in teaching, institutional leadership, and clinical practice. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacy at PD Jain Homoeopathic College, Parbhani, where she plays a pivotal role in academic excellence and curriculum development.

Dr. Narwadkar is an active contributor to academic governance and quality assurance. She is a Member of the Board of Studies, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and serves as the NAAC Coordinator, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and continuous institutional improvement. Her work reflects a strong commitment to academic integrity, regulatory compliance, and student-centric education.

In addition to her academic responsibilities, Dr. Narwadkar actively contributes to social and administrative initiatives. She is a member of the Women’s Grievance Committee and is associated with the Regional Transport Office (RTO), Parbhani, reflecting her engagement beyond academia. Her multifaceted role highlights her dedication to healthcare education, women’s welfare, and institutional development.
