Dr. Nidhi Didwania is the Director of MR-CMPP (Manav Rachna Centre for Advanced Water Technology and Management), Managing Director of M/s Tricho Agronica Pvt. Ltd., and an Associate Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies (MRIIRS). She is a committed academician, researcher, and industry professional working at the intersection of science, sustainability, and policy-driven impact.

The Manav Rachna Centre for Advanced Water Technology and Management (MRCAWTM) operates with a clear and powerful vision — “Clean Water for All, Forever.” Under Dr. Didwania’s leadership, the Centre actively engages in research and development, technical interventions, training and capacity building, outreach programs, and product innovation. With a multidisciplinary team of scientists and professionals, MRCAWTM addresses critical challenges in water conservation, management, and sustainability through evidence-based and scalable solutions.

Dr. Didwania has led and contributed to several prestigious government and industry-funded projects, including the Atal Bhujal Yojana (Government of Haryana), initiatives to address waterlogging and groundwater recharge in Faridabad supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), hydrogeological studies, and biodiversity conservation projects with Cairn Energy in Barmer. Her work reflects a strong commitment to sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and creating long-term impact through science-led innovation and collaboration.
