Dr .Rupinder Kaur Murjani an MBBS &MD in Medicine who wears a multiple hats that of a medical doctor , social activist an entrepreneur ,a caring mother soon to be an author is guided purely by her altruistic nature towards social work since 10 years for the underprivileged section of society .She has successfully worked on two of the most important projects under the central government schemes -BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO -and SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN for which she is even the brand ambassador of KDMC.Her work in tribal areas is worthy in mention.Born with gender Discrimination bought an inner relaisation to work for change and contribute my some part of life towards underprivileged society .The first time she got to visit tribal village ,her idea of tribal was that of any layman ,who have either watched the tribals as depicted in the bollywood movies or perhaps in the stories that are as much far removed from the reality her first exposure to the tribal village was a shock,Interestingly these tribals had no painted faces or tattooed body or wore weird ornamnerts or ate raw meat as the movies we see ,These were people like us ,with similar dreams and aspiration and expectations ,introduction to these tribals was turning point of her life and she decided that until she make a substantial differences in there lives ,she will not sit quietly .And this promise to herself keeps her going .. She is working for the tribal females ,women education ,female feticide ,set up certain libraries under her Ngo Solace india in few of tribal belts for children and successfully running her project Malnutrition in many tribal areas .Dr Rupinder zeal and her complete devotion for humanity is exemplary .
