Dr. Shital Punjabi is a distinguished Gold Medalist MD, DGO, and internationally trained IVF Specialist with over 25 years of excellence in gynecology and reproductive medicine. Trained in IVF and embryology at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, Ohio (USA), she has been practicing gynecology since 1997 and has played a pivotal role in advancing fertility care in India. She is the Founding Director of Shashwat IVF Centre Pvt. Ltd. since 2009 and was instrumental in establishing the IVF Department at Motherhood Women’s Hospital in 2012.

A visionary leader and prolific clinician, Dr. Punjabi has served more than 5,000 childless couples, conducted 5,000+ deliveries, and performed 2,000+ major gynecological laparoscopic surgeries. Her professional journey spans clinical excellence, cosmetic gynecology, entrepreneurship, and medical education. She is also the Co-founder of MEDGURU, a digital learning platform for medical education, and a partner at Arnee Lifescience LLP. Her commitment to social impact is reflected through her role as Founding Trustee of Shashwat Foundation.

Dr. Punjabi is a respected speaker and visiting faculty at national and international conferences across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. She holds key leadership roles, including President – India–Eastern USA Business Council at WICCI, Treasurer – ISAR Gujarat Chapter, and Gujarat President – Medical Cell, International Human Rights Protection Bureau. An active member of prestigious medical bodies such as FOGSI, IMA, ISAR, IFS, and IMS, Dr. Shital Punjabi continues to be a beacon of hope, innovation, and leadership in women’s healthcare and assisted reproduction.
