Dr. Wilona Annunciation is the Trainer & Founder at Catalysts. With an experience of over ten years in the mental wellness space, she has been supporting individuals and organizations in their goal to develop their emotional wellness, self-development and mind-care.

Dr. Wilona is a mental health professional with a passion for creating awareness about and battling the stigma associated with reaching out and taking help for matters of the mind. She combines her medical expertise with her extroverted personality to debunk the common myths people have about human behavior and psychology. A confident public speaker, she is commended for her lucid explanations of complex emotional and medical concepts. She loves interacting with and learning from the sharing of a variety of people in her journey as a Mental Health Advocate.

In her work with organizations, she has helped create a culture of openness, reaching out and introspection about emotional health. Her work sparks curiosity about the working of the mind and has helped individuals and organizations to work proactively towards the goal of their emotional self-development.

She has completed her MBBS from Grant Medical College Mumbai, and her MD from Fr. Mullers Medical College, Mangalore and has been trained in both basic and advanced levels of REBT. She has completed her level 1 in training of Gestalt methodology and is keen to pursue it further. She has also completed her Executive MBA in healthcare management from the University of Darden, Virginia. Her clients include Vistaar Technologies, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, HP India, SBI life, Cipla, Abbot, MSC shipping, Godrej, Reliance & Pipeline Infrastructures Ltd. She also takes workshops for various organizations like Childline India Foundation, Arrmman, Medecins Sans Frontieres and Jeevan Aadhar as well as for educational institutions and believes in supporting their emotional wellness needs. She has been mentoring young adults as part of Take Charge: A mentoring initiative for Christian Youth since the past 6 years. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, an enthusiastic driver, loves baking and creating works of art. She lives in Thane, Maharashtra.
