As a Mixed Methods Research Specialist, Gunjika brings advanced expertise in data-driven decision-making, performance evaluation, monitoring frameworks, and large-scale field research. She has successfully led massive research operations—often managing teams of 300–800+ field personnel—for globally renowned institutions including Piramal Swasthya, CARE India, Landesa, NACO, and multiple donor-funded initiatives supported by BMGF, IKEA Foundation, Pradan, and Google Foundation. Her work spans digital health transformation, statewide HMIS evaluation, maternal and child health studies, land rights initiatives, gender equality interventions, and national HIV/AIDS research oversight.

Gunjika is also a certified NISM Mutual Fund Distributor, investor, and active learner in finance and analytics, holding advanced certifications from IBM, Purdue University, and IHMR.
