Since early 2015, Mona has leveraged her rich background to offer freelance services that include business mentoring and life coaching specifically tailored for startups and SMEs. Her practice also extends to career counseling, depression and relationship guidance, and mediation services. She has successfully mediated disputes related to employment, bank loans, property, and contracts, showcasing her adeptness at resolving complex issues.

Mona is actively engaged in several innovative ventures. She is in the process of launching a social initiative aimed at promoting private mediation within the legal and justice domain.
