Dr. Neeta Dubey, PhD, is a distinguished scholar of Indology with over two decades of experience across government ministries, international organizations, and the corporate sector. Her academic foundation in Ancient Indian History, Culture, and Archaeology (AIHC&A) has guided her extensive research and publications, which include scholarly papers in reputed journals, a coffee table book on Patalbhuvaneshwar, and practical resources such as the MGNREGA handbook for sarpanches. She has also contributed significantly to training government officials and Panchayati Raj representatives, ensuring that her expertise translates into capacity building at the grassroots level.

Her career reflects a deep commitment to documenting and preserving India’s tangible and intangible heritage. From her early involvement with UNESCO and the Indira Gandhi National Museum of Mankind in documenting folk and tribal arts, to recent projects like “Jigyasa” with IPE Global, she has consistently worked to make cultural knowledge accessible and layered. Her contributions include curating museum descriptions for the B.R. Ambedkar Police Training College in Moradabad, translating works on history and archaeology, and producing educational materials aimed at fostering awareness of heritage among school students.

Currently, Dr. Dubey is engaged in independent research projects on rock art and archaeological sites in Rajasthan, including Alwar and Bundi districts. Her recent academic pursuits, such as a certificate course in Museum Studies (completed with distinction) and training in Digital Archaeology, highlight her passion for evolving with the discipline. As a life member of organizations like RASI, IAS, INTACH, and Bhartiya Itihasa Sankalan Samiti, she continues to champion the preservation of cultural heritage, ensuring that endangered traditions and sites are documented, studied, and sustained for future generations.
