Neeta Dubey, PhD, is a scholar of Indology. 
 In a career spanning over 22 years, in social sector she has held senior positions in the Ministries of Government of India, State Government Departments, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), International Organizations and Corporate Sector. 
She has had a special interest in research since her student life and was taken on board to document the folk and tribal arts of India and the South Asian countries under a project of UNESCO and the Indira Gandhi National Museum of Mankind, Bhopal 
Qualified as a scholar of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archeology (AIHC&A), she is credited to have published several research papers in journals of national and international repute, on various aspects of Indology. Apart from research papers, other publications include, a coffee table book on a pilgrimage site in Patalbhuvaneshwar, a remote village in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, and a MGNREGA handbook for sarpanches. Along with this, there is a long experience of providing reading material for various government projects, training of government officials working and representatives of Panchayati Raj institutions.
During the past two years she had been associated a researcher with corporate, such as the IPE Global. Under a project, “Jigyasa” she had created layered knowledge materials on living cities of India. In a recent assignment she had completed research and writing easy to comprehend introductions/ descriptions for objects/antiquities displayed in the museum of B.R.Ambedkar Police Training College, Moradabad. 
She had undertaken projects on translation of books, articles etc on history, culture, archaeology, museum etc. 
She is Life Member of organizations working in the field of Indian culture, archeology and art, such as the "Rock Art Society of India (RASI)", "The Indian Archaeological Society (IAS)" and the "Indian National Trust for Art, Heritage and Culture (INTACH)" and the Bhartiya Itihasa Sankalan Samiti.
Her focus is Indological research, basically the tangible and intangible heritage, that which is at the verge of loss. The documentation will lead to taking it to school; students, make them aware about heritage and its cultural value and prepare some of them by training or capacity building so that it sustains.
Recently she studied and documented the rock art of Alwar district. Her other project as an independent researcher is to study and document the rock art and archaeological sites of district Bundi in Rajasthan. 
Passionate about Indology her recent qualification is a certificate course in “Museum Study” (March 2023- June 2023), qualified with “A” grade. Apart from this she had also taken a course in “Digital Archaeology”.
