Neha Sinha is a B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Communication who began her professional journey in 2016 as an HR Executive in a small firm, driven by determination and the aspiration to pursue an MBA and work with leading global organizations. Her commitment, learning mindset, and strong work ethics quickly set her apart. This led her to join a U.S.-based firm, where she earned three promotions in just two years, along with the opportunity to lead a team—marking the start of her accelerated career growth.

Although Neha wished to pursue an MBA, her career took a promising turn when she joined Oracle, gaining rich experience in global hiring and corporate culture. Within nine months, an unexpected opportunity arrived—a call from Amazon. Initially considering it a learning experience, Neha appeared for the interview and succeeded. Today, she proudly works as a Recruiter at one of the world’s top companies, continuing to grow, contribute, and refine her expertise in talent acquisition.

Neha is now happily married and cherishes the journey she has traveled so far—living her dream career and feeling grateful for the milestones she achieved in just six years. Her story reflects her passion, resilience, and ability to turn every opportunity into success. She continues to inspire others with her belief that consistent effort and the courage to take chances can transform dreams into reality.
