As Vice President of the WICCI India–Armenia Council, Rebecca plays an active leadership role in fostering bilateral dialogue, women-led initiatives, and collaborative programs that promote human rights, gender equity, and global cooperation. She contributes to strategic planning, international engagement, and community-driven advocacy aligned with WICCI’s mission.
