Sangya is an MBA graduate from KIIT University, specializing in Marketing and Finance. Her exposure to a diverse student community shaped her understanding of the socio-cultural and structural challenges faced by women across India and beyond. Known for her no-nonsense attitude on issues of women’s rights, equality, and safety, she carries a strong sense of purpose and responsibility toward creating a more just and inclusive society.

With a professional experience of eight years in the IT/ITeS sector, Sangya has built deep expertise in Presales, Bid Management, and Client Engagement. She has worked with leading multinational companies such as Tech Mahindra and Gemini Consulting & Services, contributing to both government/public sector and private sector projects. Her collaborations with stakeholders across diverse verticals have expanded her worldview, strengthened her adaptability, and refined her strategic thinking. Currently, she leads the Tendering Team at Gemini as the Bid Manager, where her consistent performance has earned her multiple accolades and organizational recognition.

Sangya believes strongly in the power of women’s unity and collective voice. Her professional journey and personal convictions reflect a commitment to empowerment, integrity, and advocacy.
