Her earlier career also includes experience in finance and accounting with Axis E-Serve, where she honed her skills in precision, compliance, and client management. Beyond her professional achievements, Shikha is a lifelong learner currently pursuing a Certificate in Food & Nutrition from IGNOU, complementing her engineering degree from Pune University.
